A few weeks ago we spent a weekend down in telluride and climbed a few 14ers. Pictured here in mt sneffels. We opted to go up the blue lakes route which is labeled class 3. Really though it ended up being pretty hard class 3, closer to class 4. Despite being more than we expected, everyone had a blast! Here's a few pics featuring @tamas.pasztor1 @sbkapelner and Daniela
A few weeks ago went backpacking in Big Dominguez Canyon! It was the first backpacking trip for @nck237 and the doggo @the_rouxgarou !It was an interesting trip. We were supposed to hike 5 miles up the creek that was in the canyon. I called the BLM service the day before and they said "yeah there's definitely water there". Upon arrival, we found nothing but a dry creek bed! There was a river that the dry creek normally fed into, so I ended up carrying 22 lbs of water from the river 3 miles up to our camping spot. Yikes!Besides that, we let roux off his leash for some of the more isolated parts of the trail. He was such a good boi! He never strayed more than 10 feet from us. I can tell he's going to be a great outdoors dog
Top of longs peak from a few weeks ago! We started at 2am from the trailhead and finished around 6 pm. It was 15 miles and 4k feet of elevation gain. Smokey because of the fires. The first 3rd class 14er out in Colorado I've done!
Last Wednesday did a beer mile with @tamas.pasztor1 and Bobby. My official time was 9:41! There's some contention about being disqualified because of residual beer in one of my cans but I swear they were empty ;)
Spent a weekend with @nck237 @the_rouxgarou and Scarlett (not pictured) in a cabin up in the Sangre de Cristo mountains! We hiked, watched the meteor shower, and saw a black bear cub !I love this picture because it looks like a mob family photo .
Waking up after a night at 12k feet with new friends….a pretty good way to spend the weekend! We tagged Mt Princeton this weekend after a sketchy ass drive up a single lane "road" that most 4WD cars couldn't handle. Then it was a couple hour scramble up a bunch of talus to the top of Princeton!Looking forward to more adventures with you guys!

Impromptu trip w/ @nck237 to try and catch a picture of the newosme ☄️. Not bad for 20 minutes out of Denver! We couldn't even see it with our naked eyes so I'm surprised we caught it at all!

Last weekend I hiked Colorado 14ers #2 and #3, Belford and Oxford! My first 14ers since moving here. It was 6k feet and 13 miles. Quite a hard day considering it was my first big hike since coronavirus!Pictured is @andiaguacasa coming back up after tagging my oxford. You can vaguely see the trail that goes up on the right.
